After many successful years in the real estate brokerage business and many exciting years in the machinery and personal property auction business, both Rhoades Real Estate & Land Auction Services, Inc. based in Canton, and Kyle Kelso Auctioneer, based in Bushnell, are excited to announce our new joint venture, Kelso-Rhoades Real Estate Auction Group.  This new partnership will bring together our trusted and knowledgeable brokerage services with fast-paced and award-winning auctioneering. As a licensed real estate managing broker and auctioneer, Jed brings many years of real estate experience to the partnership. From negotiating multi-million dollar farm properties, to single-family homes, and multi-owner commercial land acquisitions, his years of sales, contract, and valuation experience are a winning combination. Jed is also the owner of Rhoades Real Estate in Canton. He’s very active in his community, serving as a board member and the incoming Chairman of the Spoon River Partnership for Economic Development, Vice President of the Fulton County ETSB Board, and Treasurer of the Canton JFL.  He also volunteers extensively in the youth sports programs in Canton as a coach.

Kyle Kelso

Going into his 11th year as an auctioneer, Kyle is one of the most vibrant and exciting auctioneers in the country and is rapidly breaking into the real estate market after obtaining his broker’s license and Realtor designation.  Recognized in 2018, as the Illinois State Champion Auctioneer, Kyle takes pride in conducting professional, fast-paced, live auctions throughout the Midwest.  His years of experience with both live and online auction platforms are a huge asset to our clients.  Kyle is also the owner of Kyle Kelso Auctioneer in Bushnell.  He is a member of the Illinois Auctioneers Association, National Auctioneers Association, and an active member of the Oddfellows.  He is very involved with many local, regional, and national organizations, conducting charity auctions across the country.
